Shipping & Tracking
1. Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we do ship nationwide through various courier partners, such as J&T, GoGo Express, SPEX, and LEX. We also do same-day shipping through Grab or Lalamove if you want to receive your items as soon as possible.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all orders within Metro Manila. You can usually get your shipping cost once you checkout, and upon choosing the right courier partner for your orders and convenience. If you choose to have it delivered the same day through Lalamove or Grab, you must shoulder the shipping cost set by the apps. We cannot do anything about it since it is Grab and Lalamove who sets the amount from our warehouse to your address.
3. How long does shipping take?
Typically, we process orders within the day, so that you can get your items as soon as possible. You must wait within three to five days for your orders to arrive if you are from Metro Manila. Otherwise, nationwide shipping takes within five to ten days.
4. How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order through our tracking page, from the moment your orders leave our facility to the day your items are out for delivery.
5. When is my tracking number available?
To ensure that your order is delivered on time and in perfect condition, we will provide you with a tracking number once it's been processed. You can find this information by clicking orders from our website at www.wokbang.com. You're also able to check up-to-date status updates for all of those wonderful purchases!
6. My tracking information isn't updating. What should I do?
You can easily message us on our official Facebook page or send us an email at info@jkmerch.shop. We will check with you shortly then update the tracking information once it has moved to the next step.
Ordering & Website
1. How do I order on your website?
You can choose your items by adding them on your cart, then checking out after providing us with the shipping details as well as your payment information. You can be assured that any bank information will be used properly in each transaction.
2. What payment methods are available?
We accept payments through your credit or debit card, GCash, or bank transfer. We also accept cash on delivery.
3. Is your website secure with my information?
Of course! Our website is highly secure and protected, so you can input your personal information as well as your card information for payment purposes. We properly dispose of your information after each transaction, as per the guidelines according to the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
4. What currency is shown?
We show Philippine peso as default currency, but you can also change it into the currency of your choice by clicking on the currency settings.
Product Questions
1. My pans are sticking! Why?
It may be due to improper seasoning of wok pans. Woks are great for cooking because they concentrate heat well. To avoid sticking, season your wok and use lubricants like oil, butter or lard before adding ingredients to make moving about within their cavities simpler.
2. My pans seem to be a bit stained after use. How can I get them out?
If your pans have a bit of a stain after use, you can try soaking it in some warm water for about 5 minutes to loosen up the particles. Afterwards, you can try scrubbing it with a brush or using some baking soda to help get rid of the stain.
3. Can your knives be displayed on a magnet holder?
Of course! Putting our knives on a magnet holder increases its aesthetic value. Just make sure that your magnet holder is strong enough so that it won’t fall and cause accidents and injuries in the future.
4. Do your knives require any maintenance?
Wash the knives after each usage to keep them clean. Neither should you use meat knives to cut veggies. This prevents cross-contamination, which can be harmful to your health. Wipe each knife dry to avoid water stains.
